[Dirección Exitosa de Proyectos]

Scope

Graphic design, Character design, illustration and animation

The design and execution of promotional material for the Project Management course “Dirección Exitosa de Proyectos”, which roughly translates to “Succesful Project Management” Course, started with a need to connect to a broader audience including young adults entering the workforce as well as to question the audience as to how their projects could be doing better.

The color palette, derived from the original Proyectum palette, maintains the signature yellow tones while introducing variations in blue tones to distinguish it from other Proyectum courses, ensuring a cohesive yet distinctive visual identity.

To effectively establish a relatable connection with the audience, character illustrations were introduced. These illustrations depict individuals engaged in real-world project scenarios, making the ads visually engaging. Through the characters' expressions and actions, the illustrations can convey the challenges associated with project management in a compelling and relatable way. Character illustrations also provide a friendly and inclusive visual language. They break down the perception of project management as a rigid or intimidating discipline, making it more accessible to those who may be new to the field.

The ads were made as carrousels to be able to deliver a longer message in a more visual and compelling way. The messages aimed to prompt viewers with questions about the success of their projects, encouraging self-reflection and creating a sense of awareness about potential areas of improvement. The visuals and text together conveyed the course's value proposition—teaching practical project management skills from scratch, enabling participants to create and develop projects while mastering essential processes and techniques.
